Smoking is a habit that many people are doing since antiquity. Tobacco is commonly used in smoking and is burned, inhaled and exhaled. One good venue for smokers on how to quit smoking is joining a cause. Listening to experiences of others who had been dependents in nicotine can be very helpful in deciding to quit. Psychologically, a person most likely will stop if he or she is driven by motivation and those people around are convincing enough and have the moral authority to help one quit smoking.
