One of the best celebrated sorts of red wine is the Zinfandel. This variety of red grape is domestic in California and well-known for its fruity taste with touches of smell of raspberry. It is grown in warm locations and in bunches. This variety ripens early; yet, irregular pattern in ripening happens. This is one disadvantage because the harvest will be one at a time instead of a single harvesting for all the fruits. Also, because it grows in a tight bundle, there are instances that it gives in to waste. One trait also of this Zinfandel wine is being “hot” in the roof of the mouth because of its high alcoholic content but it was now gentled by winemakers using new innovations. Zinfandel has this special feature also that retained its terrior or the characteristic that it inherits due to the geography where it is cultivated and the winemakers own unique style in manufacturing.
